Certainly the efforts of Messrs Watkinson (Drascombes & derivatives), Oughtred (Ness Boats, Yawls etc) and Newland (Bay Cruisers/raiders) have contributed hugely to this kind of boating.
With all bar one entry from UK, a less cosmopolitan mix this year than previously, perhaps, but we make up for that in – how can I put this delicately? –
