This programme is subject to change on grounds of feasibility, better ideas, and of course, unfavourable weather. All references to sailing allow for the use of oars and outboards if desired.
Tue 19th July – HW 14.57 Portsmouth, 14.26 Lymington
- Raiders arrive at Keyhaven or Lymington for launching
- Launch boats and park trailers and cars in arranged field (at Keyhaven)
- Lymington for overnight mooring: RLym pontoons, Lymington Town Quay or Dan Bran Pontoon
- From 19.00: Drinks and Supper at Royal Lymington Yacht Club,
- Overnight on accommodation boats, camping, local hosts, own boats or at home
Wed 20th July – HW 15.29 Portsmouth, 15.03 Lymington
- 08.00 Breakfast at RLym
- 08.30 Briefing
- 09.00 Sail from Lymington to Wooton Creek for lunch at Royal Victoria Yacht Club
- 14.30 Depart for Bembridge Harbour.
- Berths at Duver Marina, Camping at Nodes Point Campsite,
- B&Bs St Helens and Bembridge
- Supper at Bembridge Sailing Club.
Thu 21st July – HW 16:03 Portsmouth
- 11.00 sail from Bembridge to Chichester Harbour.
- 13.30 Lunch at East Heads Spit, Chichester Harbour
- 16.00 onwards Moor at HM’s pontoon near Itchenor Sailing Club (ISC).
- Barbecue supper at ISC
- Beds booked at ISC, camping in gardens of local hosts
Fri 22nd July– HW 04.12,16.40 Portsmouth
- 08.00 Sail to Gunwharf Quay (E side Portsmouth Harbour Entrance).
- Stopover to await ebb tide and visit Old Portsmouth.
- 14.30 Sail to Hamble River, tea-stop atHill Head Harbour Café.
- Moor Port Hamble and Mercury Marina (Mercury for campers)
- Camping at Riverside Holidays campsite, Satchell Lane
- Barbecue supper at Royal Air Force Yacht Club
Sat 23rd July– HW 17.23Portsmouth, 17.24 Lymington
- 09.00 Sail from Hamble River to Beaulieu River for lunch at Bucklers Hard
- 15.30 Leave Beaulieu River for Keyhaven
- Recover rigs and boats if departing sat/Sun early
- 19.00 Prize-giving and beach party Keyhaven waterfront
- 20.30 Closing supper the Gun Inn, Keyhaven
Sun 24th July– HW 05.43,18.16 Portsmouth, 05.32, 18.27 Lymington
Option for those not requiring to recover boats early is to explore
Needles, Hengistbury, Christchurch area on the ebb and recover boats on the flood up to 18.00-19.00
